This plugin would integrate with the API of a public IP space broker (TBD) to display the estimated market value of each public IPv4 prefix recorded in NetBox. A single view listing the dollar value for each prefix is probably sufficient. Values could be updated daily or weekly.
A public IP space request form which cites the anticipated market cost for the requested prefix size would also be handy.

Use case
Associating a concrete monetary cost with every prefix helps convey within an organization the importance of repsonsible address space management, and helps to mitigate requests for additional IP space that might not be absolutely necessary. |

There are a few IP space brokerages out there, but further exploration is needed to determine whether each offers an API suitable for this purpose. |
