a way to model cloud networks, like the way Netbox added the ability to model virtual machines along with traditional Devices.

Use case
Today we are using custom fields to map Azure info (subscription, vnet, subnet) but it would be great if there was a way to make this into a plug-in that could integrate this with existing IPAM functionality more naturally. We already use the virtual machine area tab to store cloud devices/machines. It would be great to do this with all the cloud networks too. |
This would be super useful and badly needed in netbox for representing things like AWS VPCs
