Cross-connect Management

It'd be great to have the ability to track cross-connects and their utilization from MMRs to MDFs from MDFs to IDFs from MMRs to the data center floor, from OSP to ISP, etc.

Use case

For example if we have 96 fibers run from each MMR to each MDF and 24 from each MDF to each IDF we could track how many available and % utilized similar to how the IPAM works with a prefix and the % of IP addresses used.
